What is sophrology?
It is a set of relaxation, breathing, visualization, and movement techniques that allow one to let go, regain self-confidence, and overcome personal obstacles.

How does a consultation take place ?
The session lasts about 1 hour and begins with a time for discussion, which allows me to identify the points to work on with the client.
Then I will help you access a state of deep relaxation, allowing me to guide you and begin the healing process.
